It is your responsibility to secure your login credentials from unauthorized use. We do not store full credit card information, and all payments are processed through Squarespace Payments. By using these services, you assume all risk and liability for their security.

Your communications through our contact forms, blog, or other website pages are not confidential unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate client agreement.
DISCLAIMERS

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on digital templates or after a project has commenced, unless otherwise agreed upon. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required for all custom web design projects.

TERMINATION
If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our website and services without notice.
